This is a wise saying, and one we all strive for. The physical training we do, along with the study and meditation, all help to be victorious over those desires that will lead us astray. Conquering ourselves is truly harder than facing others.
Much of my study, training, and now teaching is to help myself, and now others, become victorious over ourselves to be the people we aim to be. I hope the messages from Your Warrior’s Edge help you not only be more safe, be able to train and defend yourself, but also to be a person of honor, integrity, discipline.
